Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 6 to 8 working days.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, what is the status of my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the scheduled delivery date? If so, please contact us.

Question: Products are missing from my order.

Answer: If you have ordered several products, they may be sent separately. There are usually 3 working days between the first and second package.

Question: How much are the shipping costs?

Answer: We cover the shipping costs for your order.

Questions about returns and exchanges

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: Yes, you can return any order within 100 days.

Question: I want to return an item, what do I do?

Answer: Go to our returns and exchanges page. There you will find a 4-step plan for returning your order.

Questions about your Track and Trace

Question: Where can I find my tracking code?

Answer: You can find the Track & Trace code on the confirmation page of your order. Have you lost the page? Then send us an email and we will send it to you manually.

Question: The tracking code does not show any information. How is that possible?

Answer: As soon as your package has arrived at the shipping company, the tracking information will be available. Please note that there may be a delay in between.
